In the name of getting jobs in the Railways, a case of cheating of Rs 33.50 lakh from a young man has surfaced. Subhash Chand, resident of Sector-9 told the police that he had submitted the form for the engineer’s job in the railway and had given the examination. During this time, Mukesh Tyagi, resident of Sector 4, contacted him saying that he has got information from the high officials in Railways that he will get a confirmed job if he is ready to pay money for his seat.
Subhash alleged that Mukesh took Rs 33.50 lakh from him. In this, 10 lakh rupees have been paid by check. Where as the results were just the opposite as he failed in it. When he asked for money, Mukesh began to ignore it. On the complaint of Subhash, the police has registered a case against Mukesh Tyagi for cheating. Sanjay Kumar, Assistant Sub-Inspector, said that strict action will be taken against the main culprit.
