The Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA) is facing scam after the abolition of Anangpur village in Surajkund Road in 2012-13. Huda had acquired 16 acres of land in Anangpur village for Sector-37 in 1973, but Hooda forgot to take possession of this land after paying compensation.

Huda’s property officer has, of course, written a report to the district revenue officer requesting for the hand over of the property and have not filed any fir as of now.

On the complaint of the residents of Anangpur village, Chief Minister Manohar Lal had ordered probe in February passing an order to investigate the land conspiracy in the village that took place in the year 2012-13. Sharma has prepared a report of 10 pages on 30th June, 2017 and canceled the ban on the village and recommended strict action against responsible employees and officials.
